This Tuesday we were in food tech learning how to cook chocolate muffins, We first had to get or the dry ingredients And mix them together :
2 c of self rising flour
1 c of sugar
4 tsp of coco
Then we had to do the same but with the wet ingredients :
½ c of oil
1 c milk, 1 egg
After that we had to mix the dry and wet ingredients all together, And pre-heat the oven to 150 degrees, put the mix into the muffin trays then put in the oven for 15 mins or check with a knife or stick into the muffin and it shows clear (that's how you know it's ready).
This is how The chocolate muffins turned out.

Will Smith Well-Being
Hauora-Fresh Prince of Bel-air
Hauora-Fresh Prince of Bel-air
First :
Mental & emotional and Social well-being :
In the first scene he looks happy when his Uncle gives him basketball tickets,
This is definitely related to Mental and emotional from the face you can see in the scene.
Spiritual well being in this is that he doesn’t keep it,
he Physically gives it back and tells the truth. His social well being is his family.

Second:
In the screenshot that you see right now he gives the tickets back and tells him the truth about
what happened to his cousin that he had got from his friend, which also relates to
mental & emotional(sad), spiritual(tells the truth), physical
(The cousin physically takes the pills) and social(friend).

Thirdly:
In this scene, you see that Will has to spiritually tell the truth about the drugs that almost killed
his own cousin to his whole family,
The feelings you can see is that his family looks worried but the uncle looks
mad which relates to M/E as well.
Fourth:

Fourth:
You can see while he’s telling the truth that his spirit inside is pretty sad and that his feelings
are getting really emotional about
what he has done and that he has to confess the truth to his family.
This part is the saddest moment in the whole scene.

Fifth and final scene:
In this scene you can see every well-being,
First you can see Physical hug then the crying which relates to mental and emotional because
Will told the truth which related to spiritual then the final well being is social from the
family that he is with.Basically all these scenes linked to Mental and emotional.

Simon O’Connor, a member of a parliament has visited our school Yesterday and had told and explained how he works and what he does for our Community. He has explained to us all the important things and not so important things he does in the parliament, he has also told us that it is a very good job and he enjoys being apart of the government. But in Simon O’Connor’s childhood he was struggling in all his works, so technically he was dumb, but then something switched on and he became more smarter than ever and much more mature. He speaks his mind and shares his opinions and because of that his Family and friends has been encouraging him to go beyond. They wanted him to be apart of a parliament and been encouraging him through his days. He is married with 5 kids, but he doesn't stay around much because of his job and he’s disappointed and upset that he doesn't spend much time with him family. That's one thing Simon O’Connor struggles is that he never gets so much time with people who love him and people who he love. As a Member of Parliament, Simon O’Connor has recently received like 20 emails a day and been having visitors swear at him, and he doesn't like that he has haters hating on him for no possible good reason. Instead of Simon O’Connor running to his corner and hiding, he sits his visitor down and talk with them so he can solve the problem with them. Simon is a very helpful man, he is always keen to go out and talk with people to know what problems they're facing so he himself can help sort things out and make things work. He respects everyones opinions about the Community and what they struggle with and he is more than happy enough to help them through any and everything. As i said he has visited our school and not just our school but he travels and visits other schools to give them information of what life is like as an Mp. ‘ I’d love to be a Minister ‘ a dream of Simon O’Connor which he will want to be true because he is desperate and will be more than happy to become the Minister of the Parliament. ‘ Never give ‘ Simon O’Connor has said this to us to encourage us to not give up that easily that sometimes taking the hard and long road will lead us to success.

You have a chance to have your voice heard.
Explain to Simon O’Connor one of the biggest problems in our community.
Describe to him why it is a problem and how he could use his job as an MP to address it.
Choose one of these ways of sharing the message:

A problem that i find disturbing in our Community is that the Government is destroying the houses which families spent nearly their whole lives in. Even though the Government is rebuilding houses and remodeling the houses to make it look more better and more safer and like put in more space but the price is too high, and most of us in the Community doesn't have that much to afford a new house for ourselves. I like the way they rebuild the house but the price they put on for us to purchase is really high. I really appreciate the Government changing and reshaping our houses but it won't feel as normal and it’ll be more of an experience and like we as a Community won't feel like we’re living in ‘ Home sweet home ‘ .
Another problem that concerns me is that people at late night sleep in the dark and cold. That they shiver through night and have nothing to keep them warm. Its really sad for me too see the homeless in the streets smoking and sleeping on the floor, starving and wanting money for food, clothes and water. I love our Community and i’ll do any and everything to help the homeless and help them get back to their feet and being healthy and warm. It's a big concern because the Government doesn't seem to care at all for the people in our Community and this is a situation i want the Government to fix. Getting people in houses again.

Animal Jammers: Our Political Party
In S.o.s we created political parties, and our group wanted to work on helping animals and protecting them and seeing how we can help them from extinction. In our group is me, Danny Joe, Issac and Netane. We all have something to work on that could probably help them. Our group/party name is The Animal Jammers. We have our own party slogan "Write the future!" it's a pretty cool slogan. To see our work click: Here.
